Housing and community skyline at golden hour

A housed society, free of neglect.

Membership first - free registration for landlords, tenants, agents and service providers across Kenya since 2013.

01

About

Built for landlords, tenants & the unhoused.

Registered in 2013 under the Societies Act 108 - when Kenya’s tenancy sector lacked modesty between those earning from shelter and those seeking it.

Mission

Promoting realization of tenancy solutions for landlords, tenants and the homeless through low-cost housing in Kenya.

Objective

Membership is our primary objective - grow a national register of landlords, tenants, agents and service providers, then advance affordable housing and harmonious tenancy rights together.

Vision

A housed society with the right to shelter, development and decision participation - free of discrimination, neglect and exploitation.
